A spacious Luxury Self-Catering Studio holiday apartment on the Black Sea is just a few minutes walk from the beach in Pomorie. Located on the 1st floor of a newly built apartment block, overlooking future Pomorie town park. Its north facing location provides a great amount of light yet a retreat from a hot sun.

The property itself is newly renovated and designed in a country beach house style and is finished to an extremely high standard to provide comfortable and cosy experience which is good for couples as a romantic gateway, solo adventurers, business travellers, and can accommodate 2 people.
The living area provides a comfortable sofa which if needed can convert to sofa-bed. It also has a TV with a range of TV channels in different languages and Free WiFi access.
The bedroom is furnished with a real bed and a memory foam mattress, bedside tables and chest of drawers. All out properties are equipped with air-conditioner.
This apartment also has a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.
This property also features a guest cloakroom in the corridor.
Access
When gaining access to the property from the main car park there are 10 plus steps. Once inside there is a lift or one internal spiral staircase.
Staying with Kids:
Kids are absolutely welcome to stay at our apartments, while unfortunately, we cannot provide a baby cot (unless you’ll bring the travel baby cot with you), you can use our Sofa-Bed for your child. Please note that the dining is at the bar and that the dining chairs are bar stools without backrest.
Important Notes
- Bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying with us more than a week, the bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.
- This apartment is available for 2 guests.
- Towels are not allowed to be taken outside the apartment to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
